If you are looking to build a new pool, I highly recommend premier pools. I have heard that the pool building experience is a nightmare, but with premier pools and their fantastic team they made this an amazing experience! Our salesman, Keith was very knowledgeable about the pool buildings processes and steered is in the right direction when it came to picking out the materials. Communication was great with supers and sub contractors; they always made me feel like any question I had was important and their top priority. Thank you to the whole premier pools family for such an incredible experience and giving my family a beautiful backyard that we will continue to make memories in!

I would give Premier 10 stars if possible. I grew up in Arizona and having a pool was a dream of mine. Premier exceeded our expectations by far. Our pool was started and finished in 4 months. We lowered our expectations going into this project, but Premier Pools was on site just about everyday! No gaps of time between different stages. My pool and spa are beautiful. Every one on staff works together and communication is maintained.Thank you for making my dream come true!!!

The communication between the job manager and subcontractors was non-existent. Contractors would show up and had to do their best to figure out what they were supposed to do. We would be told a subcontractor was going to come on a certain day and have no one show up for weeks at a time. We, the homeowners, had to stop and correct the subcontractors on multiple occasions as we watched them make mistake after mistake on important steps of the build. When we noticed mistakes and tried to alert the job manager he would ask us to “go stop” the subcontractor from proceeding. We were asked to explain to the subcontractor the correct way to proceed. In other words, he was having us do his job! After the pool was finally “finished”, we had to dig up several pipes and trash that were supposed to be part of the underground sprinkler system around the pool. Turns out the sprinkler system was never put in and it was instead buried along with other trash around the edge of the pool wall like in a landfill. Calling them and complaining became pointless as nothing would be done. I resisted giving them a bad review because I typically try to focus on the positive, however after a few years of having had the pool, I continue to be more and more disappointed as I watch the in-floor cleaning system underperform due to design flaws, entire sections of tiles fall off, poor patio drainage resulting in puddling of water due to improper leveling of the travertine and the list goes on. Bottom line, poor quality, poor warranty! If I had to do it again, I would NOT choose Premier Pools and Spa! Giving them one star because zero stars aren’t able to be submitted. Response to Premier Pool's response: No, you were not helpful when we tried to contact you on many issues. You were ALWAYS on time and willing to drive out to our home when it was time to collect each payment check along the way, but sadly that same timeliness was not available when it came to performing the work that needed to be done. The tiles that have fallen off are on the side of the hot tub wall that is away from water and has nothing to do with water chemical imbalance. The tiles are the least of my worries... My review obviously isn't going to help me, but hopefully it can help potential future customers choose wisely.

After a few months of dealing with the pandemic lockdown, we decided it was time to take our backyard to the next level. I had contacted multiple pool companies and met with 3. I wasn't looking for the lowest cost, nor a company that was looking to sell me on their company. I was looking for a company most interested in helping us realize our vision. That's where Premier Pools and Spas and most importantly our consultant Dirk Stensrud came into the picture. The entire process from start to finish was smoother than I ever expected and Dirk was always in contact during our build phase. From the design phase to material selection to permits and beyond, Dirk and the Premier crew were excellent. I know we got super lucky with timing, as we were fortunate enough to have a completed backyard transformation just before the pandemic took a major grip on supply chain, personnel and more. We love our pool and backyard oasis so much and the quality from Premier so much, that our best friends are now working with Premier and Dirk on their dream backyard. We had an amazing experience with Keith Phelps. He was honest and always kept us up to date with the construction of our pool. The end result is fantastic, and while it took around 9 months to complete, it was worth the wait. Thank you Keith and Premier Pools for making our backyard dreams come true.
